Reiki I

The background and history of Reiki, the hands-on healing positions for self-treatment and treatment of others. You will receive Reiki attunements to establish yourself as a channel for healing and practice Reiki on yourself and others. No prerequisite required.

All classes taught by Reiki Training Program founder/director, Eileen Dey, Reiki master unless otherwise noted. 6 hour workshop.

Reiki II

With the foundation of Level 1 the Reiki student will be able to increase the flow of energy, address mental and emotional issues requiring healing and send the Universal life force energy to someone at a distance. You will learn the ancient Reiki symbols and experience how they work to help situations and symptoms change to more positive outcomes. Prerequisite- Reiki 1.

All classes taught by Reiki Training Program founder/director, Eileen Dey, Reiki master unless otherwise noted. 6 hour workshop.

Reiki III

Reiki 3 works with the Master Symbol and teaches you how to work more with your breath, beliefs, ethics, emotional issues and communication. We will engage in various Shamanic, Indigenous and esoteric Buddhist practices throughout the course of the weekend. Course required for those students pursuing Master training. Course optional for those pursuing Practitioner training. Prerequisite- Reiki 2. 6 hour workshop.

Basic Bodywork Counseling®

Gain competency at integrating verbal therapy into your sessions. Assist your own healing. You will learn effective communication skills for all types of bodywork therapies, including Reiki. This course combines energywork principles with techniques drawn from Process Work and Existential Psychology, hypnotherapy and shamanism. Learn practical guidelines and procedures for integrating verbal therapy within the context of the bodywork session. Apply methods to your own issues/health concerns for deep level healing. Emphasis will be on following the movements and direction of the client vs. expertise of the practitioner. 6 hour workshop.

Advanced Bodywork Counseling®

Explore the deeper aspects of the body, mind and soul connection. Building on the practice of bodywork counseling, we go further and apply successful techniques that assist the practitioner in dealing with their clients and their own:

* Fear of success/failure

* Anger management

* Chronic pain

* Depression and Anxiety

Learn to become comfortable with incorporating role playing and ‘take overs’ into the session. Emphasis will be on following the movements and direction of the client vs. the expertise of the practitioner. 6 hour workshop.

Cultivating a Successful Healing Practice

Have a dream of a busy and fantastic teaching and/or healing practice? Wondering how to make that dream a reality? Learn how to create a thriving private practice through the creative process using practical and energetic means.

This is required for Reiki students pursing their WA State Practitioner or Reiki Master Certification.

The course covers the various types of business entities, basic concepts of market planning, including the creation of a successful advertising campaign, business administration, the mission statement, and insurance and liabilities. An emphasis will be placed on developing your practice using your own creative process. Participants will also be exposed to the role of computers and be given complementary copies of powerful office productivity software.

This course will be co-facilitated by Richard Schilling, MBA and Reiki III practitioner. 6 hour workhshop.

Healing Traditions/Eastern Philosophy

An overview on Buddhism and Hinduism and the elements of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine that are relevant to one's Reiki practice. Hands-on and Lecture. Packet included. 6 hour workshop.

Reiki Teacher Roles and Responsibilities

This is the course required before students co-facilitate Reiki classes and pass attunements. In this course, they will learn: the dynamics and psychology of being a teacher; the dynamics and psychology of students; and the fundamentals of passing Reiki attunements. In this class each student must come prepared to talk for at least 30 minutes and explain their concept of the different levels of Reiki. They must also create their own Reiki informational packets for each level and submit for critique and evaluation. 6 hour workshop.

Reiki Teacher Co-Facilitation

Master level students are required to co-facilitate levels 1, 2, and 3 of the Usui Reiki workshops. This co-facilitation includes attunement practice, small group interaction with students and guidance and feedback from the instructor. Students are required to schedule co-facilitation in advance.

Class Cancellation Policy

If a student cancels their class 7 days or less prior to the start date, a $25 processing fee will be applied. The remaining credit can be applied to future classes and is good six months from the date of the original class. If a student becomes inactive with the program, an advisory session will attempt to be made to explore the reasons for the inactivity. If a student decides that the program is not in the direction they wish to proceed, then the percentage of fees schedule stated in their contract will be applied.

Another Important Note: We make every effort to provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment. Personal boundaries are respected during all events. If at any time anyone feels that there has been an overstepping of boundaries, they are encouraged to confront the person who has committed the offense or, if that is not possible, the situation should be brought to the attention of Eileen Dey, Director of the Reiki Training Program. The offending person may be asked to leave without refund depending on the nature of the incident.
