This class covers the background and history of Reiki, as well as the hands-on healing positions for self-treatment and treatment of others. You will also receive Reiki "attunements" to establish yourself as a channel for healing and practice Reiki on yourself and others. A blog of one Reiki student's journey. For a more structured approach to learning Reiki, students have the option of applying for either Practitioner or Master Programs which are both certified by the state of WA.
