our Reiki Training Program is designed for those looking to deepen their understanding of Reiki education and healing. We offer tailored classes, mentorship opportunities, and sessions that cater to individual goals. With over 17 years of expertise, our programs have graduated hundreds of practitioners and teachers, fostering a community that values growth and healing. The Reiki Training Program has graduated many international practitioners and teachers who are certified and available to offer Reiki.
Reiki is a non-invasive technique for a frazzled nervous and physical system.. Eileen has been researching the heritage of Reiki. It is important for students working with a tradition from another culture to be aware of its origin. Here is her book on Reiki.

Virtual Reiki Practice Circles
All Fridays (meditation) 9:30-10am PST
Spend some time in a safe and supportive space giving/receiving healing energy and enjoying a calming meditation for ourselves, our community, and the globe.
No previous experience is required to attend.
We spend the first 15 minutes stating our intentions of what we want to send to and then a blissful video of gentle music plays while you bask in the energy of Reiki. Bring your intention to the group.
We finish the session with healing light radiating our to the world.

Our Founder
Eileen Dey Wurst has been a WA state-licensed mental health counselor in private practice for over 15 years. She established the SOMI Clinic for wellness and is pursuing a PhD in Somatic Psychology through the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Eileen is the author of Touching the World Through Reiki, guided meditations (and scroll below for more), and was featured on KUOW and in The Guardian for Coronavirus Support.
She also established the Insight Reiki Meditation and method.
Eileen’s trauma-informed counseling and social work background includes employment in the areas of geriatrics, addictions, domestic violence, substance recovery and career counseling and transition.
She works extensively with both adults and seniors. Her personal style is one of being a compassionate witness and guide for couples and individuals in need of assistance and healing.

Touching the World Through REIKI

Eileen Dey’s book, Touching the World through Reiki, is a “river guide” for Reiki practitioners and teachers who want to live in the flow of Universal Life Force Energy.
