Service Description

This course will explore the Chinese medicine meridian system and five element theory, investigating the characteristics of the five elements, and how they impact on our energy system and personalities. Prerequisite Reiki 1. Includes course packet, Zoom webinars, 5 guided meditations of each element and 1:1 instruction The format for training: 1. Email Eileen to set up a Zoom 1 hour 1:1 session. 2. Continue to work with webinar sessions on the course material over the following week(s). 3. To enhance skills, listen to guided meditations and incorporate into self-practice. 4. Complete training with follow-up Zoom 1:1 session.
